I use a lot of glitter and I use a super warp dvd disc to reflect the lighting onto everything.
I always use a syringe, a feather, a a flat level dvd disc that I place my feather on.

May i ask.. the LED light source is from the top? as in it is stationed to shine over the whole set up?

The LED light comes from the top because it's bounced off of the dvd disc that is angled to
send light behind and over the water droplet. In this way the light doesn't come from just one point.
The LED light is never directly pointed at the water droplet.
Instead the light is bounced from behind and above the droplet off of the dvd disc.
I realize that this wasn't really made clear in my tutorial...there's always
something that gets missed when making these things.
thank you for taking the time to explain my doubt. Thats alright.. it happens. after all when there is this amount of information to be conveyed, its natural that one tend to miss out certain things.
