This is as small as a flake of glitter. It's not a water droplet; it's a tinny tiny fabric bead.
This is like a tiny crystal ball before my eyes. This is how small the future is in comparison to the present. The future is just a glimmer of light, nothing more than a speck. As we draw closer to the future it seems to grow bigger with each passing moment. Once we are there in that time, that future time, that moment looks so big and then we glance behind us; we see nothing but a speck remains of the past. The past we once knew that appeared to be so great in size has now diminished, and all that remains is another glimmer of light from a future that will soon be upon us once more.
